Tessa Kiros always had a passion for food, specifically mediterranean cuisine. Born in London, she moved to South Africa at the tender age of 4. Her dream was to see the world by the age of 30- and her love of cooking and learning different culinary dishes was established through this passion. For years she travelled and gained culinary experience working in the U.S., Mexico, Sydney and Athens. In New York she worked at the famous Groucho Club under Angela Dwyer and in Athens under Chef Herve Pronzato. But it was Siena, Italy that finally drew Tessa in and she, like many other expats, eventually settled down in the Bel Paese.
