A new exhibition in the Accademia Gallery in Florence

A new exhibition in the Accademia Gallery (the museum most famous for housing Michelangelo’s statue of David) has just begun. Entitled The Virtues of Love ? Nuptial Painting in 15th Century Florence the exhibition will run until November 1st. The exhibition features works by artists such as Botticelli and Filippino Lippi.

Artviva’s David Tour ensures that you will hear great stories about the statue, the miserly multi-millionaire Michelangelo who created it and avoid waiting in long lines! The tour finishes inside the Accademia Gallery so you will have plenty of time to see the newly opened exhibition.
