The Best of Tuscany

Whilst it is quite difficult to narrow down the best little villages in Tuscany, we’ve narrowed it down to three must-see, never-forget places: Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni.

Each place is more charming than the next ? although not quite as charming as our Best of Tuscany guides that accompany the groups!

Here are some great photos by one recent lucky traveller on the Artviva Best of Tuscany tour, a day spent not only visiting San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Siena, but also a Tuscan villa for a delicious lunch and wine-tasting in between traipsing through some of the most beautiful countryside.

To read more about the tour, you can see our Best of Tuscany tour or visit the Artviva site for more wonderful things to see and do in Italy (besides, of course, just meeting the Artviva staff!).

Photos by the lovely and talented Trish Herzog.

The Best of Tuscany is also part of our small-group, skip-the-line Best of Florence and Tuscany package, which includes the Original Florence Walk, Uffizi Gallery Tour and The Original David Tour (to visit the Accademia Museum).
