We were recently invited by Alberto, author of a fabulous home Italian cookery blog, to share his receipes, and with typical Italian recipes as delicious as the below (with step-by-step pictures to match!), how could we refuse?!
You are ready for a new dish!?! Today we cooking rice….. with courgettes.
ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 cup of 10 ml full of rice
- 1 onion
- 2 big courgettes
- grana padano
- 500 ml of broth of vegetable (you can made it fresh or buy it in the store, stock-cube)
- extra virgin olive oil
In a pot made the broth of vegetable. After put in a pot a little oil and start the fire. When the oil is hot put the onion chopped.
After when the onion is brow put the courgettes chopped.
When the courgettes are ready put in to the pot the rice and toast it.
When the rice is toasted put in the pot the broth of vegetable, continually mix for not making to attach the rice to the pot.
When the broth is dry put in the pot other broth up to the cooking of the rice (18/20 minutes)
When the rice is ready stop the fire and stir in the butter.
Finally put the grana padano cheese and mix all.
